Dear IB,

The sPHENIX / New RHIC Detector Collaboration Meeting will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10 -12 of December. We thank those in parts west who volunteered to host the meeting, but in an attempt to maximize participation from those both east and west of BNL our expectation is that we'll have it on the East Coast. More on the venue when we know more. We are still open to having it outside BNL if we can find a convenient location and host institution.

Please save the dates and let others know as well. We will provide more information as we know it.
