Dear sPHENIX IB,

I would like to ask the IB to vote on endorsement of the Nomination and Election Process for the first spokesperson election. The attached definition of the Spokesperson's function and the selection process was sent to the IB on October 30 for any discussion, questions or issues.

As previously stated, this Nomination and Election Process was agreed upon and proposed by the Bylaws Committee and discussed in the Nomination Committee. Both committees agreed to proceed following these for the first election. The Nomination Committee has begun its work and has sent out a request for nominations.

Please register your vote for, against or abstain for acceptance of the Nomination and Election Process proposed in the attachment. Each IB member is encouraged to visit the poll and vote at:
