Most IB members have replied and I apologize for this email again. A few 
have not and have been individually emailed. But I wanted to send this 
out via the IB email list as a last resort. If you have not replied to 
the email below. Please do so in the next day, as we will inform members 
who have confirmed their interest and plan to participate in the 
spokesperson election of the procedure.
