Dear sPHENIX IB members,

We would like to request your feedback on two urgent sPHENIX matters:

We have spoken to a number of collaborators about their willingness to join the EC as members nominated by the spokesperson team (in addition to the elected members). We are pleased to propose the following roster:

According to the bylaws, "Appointments by the Spokesperson(s) shall be approved by the IB". We have prepared a doodle poll at:
