Dear sPHENIX IB,

The sPHENIX collaboration meeting at GSU, December 15-17, is coming up soon,
and we are planning an Institutional Board meeting for the late afternoon of
Friday, December 16. The current draft agenda for IB meeting is the
following:

• Establishing an sPHENIX collaboration office - its role, scope and
volunteers
• sPHENIX census update/discussion
• Presentations from new sPHENIX institutions
• AOB

We’d be very interested to hear from you of other key business that should be
added to the IB agenda. We plan to send out a final agenda by Tuesday,
November 22, so if you have items you’d like to see on the agenda, please let
us know by before then.
