Dear sPHENIX IB,

A couple of weeks ago, we sent email to each sPHENIX Institutional Board representative asking for their help in updating the list of sPHENIX collaborators affiliated with their own institution.  We've received information from most institutions – thanks! – and we’re now trying to get information from those institutions we haven’t yet heard from.   It would be extremely helpful if you could take a few minutes today to reply to the email you should have received on November 3, with a subject "sPHENIX PhoneBook information - please review”.

The email we sent you contained a snapshot of the information we have about your institution – such as names of collaborators and contact information – and those are the key pieces of information we would like to update and correct.  We’ve had some institutions add new collaborators, and understandably, a couple of institutions have said they should no longer be considered collaborating institutions.  We’re interested in getting the most accurate picture of the collaboration we can.
