Dear sPHENIX IB members,

A reminder that there'll be an sPHENIX IB meeting today, December 16, at
4:30pm ET.  We'll use the same bluejeans connection as we've been using
throughout the Collaboration meeting (connection info below).  A key
item of business is to consider the proposals from Temple Univ., UC
Berkeley, and LBNL to join the Collaboration.  Let's start the meeting
by hearing brief presentations from each of these institutions, after
which we will have time for discussion, followed by an opportunity to
hold an IB vote on the proposals.  The agenda for the Collaboration
