Dear sPHENIX IB members,

At last week's collaboration meeting, LBNL, Temple University and UC Berkeley presented proposals to join the sPHENIX collaboration. The presentations can be found on the meeting indico page:

Admission to the collaboration requires a vote by the IB. We have made a doodle poll at

where you can vote yes/no (or abstain) regarding the admission of each institution. This a hidden poll. Please enter your name and institution (e.g. Gunther Roland/MIT) in the participant field. 

We are asking for votes by Friday, 12/23, close-of-business (and will send a reminder later this week).
