Dear IB Members,

As you recall, seven Chinese institutions applied for sPHENIX membership at last week's collaboration meeting. These institutions are

- Fudan University

- Institute for Modern Physics

- Peking University

- Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics

- Tsinghua University

- University of Science and Technology of China

We have prepared a doodle poll for the IB vote at:

Please vote "YES" or "NO" for each of the institutions (or do not check either to abstain from a vote for that institution).

Deadline for the vote is Wednesday, December 20th, close-of-business.
