Dear IB members,

We will have an IB meeting at the next collaboration meeting at BNL. The
meeting will take place at 9AM EDT on June 6.
On the agenda we have
- Comments from the co-spokespeople
- Presentations from potential new institutions
- Preparations for spokesperson elections in 2018
- Rotation of topical group conveners
- Collaboration support at BNL
- AOB

Please let us know if there are other items that should be added to the
discussions.
