Dear IB members,

Below is a draft agenda for the IB meeting at the December collaboration
meeting at FSU. The agenda is rather short - while there should be a
discussion in the near future about expanding the collaboration management
structure, as foreseen in the bylaws, we feel that such a discussion would be
more appropriately held in a dedicated IB meeting after the spokesperson
election. We plan to schedule any discussions/presentations related to the
spokesperson election on the regular collaboration meeting agenda.

Please let us know if there are any topics that should be added to the agenda.
