Dear sPHENIX IB members,

The 2019 election to consider the nomination of Gunther Roland (MIT) and Dave Morrison (BNL) to serve a second three-year term as PHENIX Co-Spokespersons is now open. The voting form allows for the casting of votes yes, no, or abstain. You should have received an email from Survey Monkey, this afternoon please follow the link.

All active institutions are requested to cast a vote before the deadline of 5:00 p.m. EST on February 1st, 2019. A minimum of 75% of Institutional Board members must vote in the Spokesperson’s election for a valid vote.
