Dear sPHENIX friends,

The 2019 sPHENIX PHENIX Co-Spokespersons election closed yesterday February 1st.

With 61 of the 73 (83%) of the active institutions (83%) Gunther Roland (MIT) and Dave Morrison (BNL) were elected to serve a second three-year term as PHENIX Co-Spokespersons with unanimous YES vote.
Congratulations Dave and Gunther, the entire Collaboration is looking forward to your continued leadership!

I want to express my thanks to the other members of the the Spokesperson Nomination and Selection Committee and Dave Morrison who have been incredibly helpful with this effort.
