Dear IB,

A crucial role of each sPHENIX Institutional Board member is to help us
keep the sPHENIX collaboration roster up-to-date.

We're distributing below a link to an editable online spreadsheet
listing the sPHENIX collaboration membership, broken down by
institution, and we're asking each IB member to look through the
information for their institution and to update it.  That means
verifying whether the listed people are still sPHENIX collaborators
affiliated with your institution, and also to add the names of any new
collaborators from your institution.

The process has been designed to be straightforward and we expect it
will be easy to complete.  We're asking each IB member to update the
information for their institution by *Wednesday, April 17*.
