Dear IB,

We'd like to encourage all the sPHENIX IB members who haven't had a
chance to update their institution's roster to do so now.  The link to
the online spreadsheet and some simple step-by-step instructions are
below.

About 40% of our institutions have responded so far.  Your participation
can raise this rate significantly and will really help us focus our
attention and help on those IB members that may be having technical or
other issues with providing this important collaboration information.
It should only take you a couple of minutes to look over the information
for your institution and update it.
