Dear sPHENIX IB,

At the sPHENIX collaboration meeting held July 8-9 at Lehigh University,
Prof. Carol Scarlett made a very nice presentation seeking to have
Florida A&M University admitted to the collaboration. Her presentation
can be found here:

Shortly, each IB member should receive an email from "surveymonkey.com"
with one question "Should Florida A&M University be admitted to the
Collaboration?" It should only take a minute or so to cast your vote.

If you don't receive such an email today, contact us and we'll send you
a special link to enable you to vote.

The ballot will remain open until 6pm ET, Tuesday July 30.
