Dear sPHENIX IB,

The vote about admitting Lund University, National Taiwan University,
and Pusan University to the collaboration closed on Friday at 5pm ET. 
We had responses from 45 IB members.  The vote was very positive, and
with that, these three institutions become the newest additions to the
sPHENIX collaboration!

We'll announce this to the whole collaboration (and to our new
collaborators) very shortly.
