Dear sPHENIX IB,

This is just a quick heads-up that we'll be sending a ballot to each of the sPHENIX IB members very soon. The ballot contains a single question about admitting a new institution to the collaboration. The ballot will be from SurveyMonkey and it's not spam! We look forward to receiving your vote by the end of the day, Friday, January 29.
