Dear IB members,

We would like to schedule an IB meeting during the 2nd half of the 10/15
General Meeting to discuss several important topics:
- Updates to sPHENIX bylaws and preparing IB vote
- Update on collaboration structure
- SP election preparations
- Ramp-up and reorganization of workforce and institutional responsibilities
in the next two years

We hope that many institutions will be represented by their IB members or
delegates at this meeting!
