Dear sPHENIX IB, We'd like to invite you to update your institution's roster of sPHENIX collaborators. Just like last time, we're collecting this information via an online spreadsheet. Just go to this google sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1b67pFA0jT3wGORn0h0RczOlA4XtB0kfXX8VlmI1uo8Q/edit?usp=sharing Locate your institution's "tab" along the bottom and click on it. You should see a list of people from your institution. Modify the information on your tab by deleting lines for people who are no longer sPHENIX collaborators from your institution. Add lines as necessary for new collaborators from your institution. When you're done, please type "DONE" into a blank row below the names of the collaborators from your institution. The criteria for being considered a collaborator is described in our bylaws and reads: Scientists, engineers and students making a significant contribution to the sPHENIX collaboration are eligible to be members of the Collaboration. Members in good standing are those individuals who are associated with an sPHENIX institution and who have contributed significantly to the sPHENIX experiment. This spreadsheet is going to be "parsed" by human beings, so if you're not entirely sure about some field, try your best – we may have to contact you for clarification. There are undoubtedly errors and omissions in these sheets. Your attention will help us get our collaboration information up to date. There are columns for "ORCID" and "INSPIRE ID". When we publish papers, the journals will insist on identifying authors uniquely with an such an identifier. If you know the ID for a new collaborator, please enter it. If not, we'll be asking collaborators to enter it themselves. If they don't have an id, then here's a place to start: https://orcid.org/ If you find errors that can't be addressed by entering information into the spreadsheet, please email Mariette Faulkner (faulkner AT bnl.gov). Th deadline for this round of collaboration information update is May 31, 2022.
