Dear Collaborators,

We will have three DEI training sessions this week, on Thursday at 8PM EDT and Friday at 9AM and 12PM (thanks to the DEI committee for going above and beyond!). 

Completing this training is part of becoming an sPHENIX author! This week should hopefully offer at least one time slot for most collaborators; if you haven't completed the training yet, this would be a perfect chance to do so.

We also ask all IB members to encourage their group members to sign up for one of these sessions - there are a number of institutions that need to catch up with the rest of the collaboration. Please note that this week's times were chosen to be more convenient for all timezones than the usual 12PM slot.

Dear all

We have trainings July 28 at 8 PM, July 29 at 9 AM, and July 29 at 12 PM.  Reminder, attending this training is required to be on the author list!  We do not think that everyone who would like to be on the author list has taken it already!  If you cannot make any of these trainings, please sign up and say that you cannot make these times so we at least know that you are trying to take it.

Supervisors, please make sure that people in your group have either taken the training or sign up for one of these trainings ASAP.
