Hi Stefan,

I have switched the mailing list from sphenix to the sphenix-ib.  The difficulty we face is that we do not know how many shifts per author we will need to do, even more complicated by the fact that it is not clear how many people in a given group would be considered authors.  I could make an educated guess - but we want to minimize the chaos (and especially the chaos that Marriette will face).  In general, we'll probably need ~15 shifters per week for the entirety of the run, would it be possible to simply block out sPHENIX shift rooms in the dorms?   Then we can communicate directly with Marriette as we know better who is going and when.  I don't think we'll resolve the issue of # of shifts and authorship by your deadline.  Is this a possibility?
