Dear IB members,

We will have an IB meeting on April 21, 8AM ET, to discuss the sPHENIX
authorship policy and related topics. We expect that this will be the final
discussion before an IB vote on the adopting the policy shortly after the
4/21 meeting.

Zoom coordinates for the meeting and the authorship policy draft will be made
available on an Indico page shortly.
