Dear IB members,

This is a friendly reminder for our IB meeting next week, where we will have the (hopefully) final discussion of our proposed authorship policy.

We have prepared an Indico page for the meeting:

We will have an IB meeting on April 21, 8AM ET, to discuss the sPHENIX authorship policy and related topics. We expect that this will be the final discussion before an IB vote on the adopting the policy shortly after the 4/21 meeting.
