Dear IB members,

Thanks again to those of you who have filled out your authorship reports. If you have not done it yet, please do so ASAP.

Also please consider again if there are any former members or technical personnel whom you want to recommend for exceptional authorship on the first 3 physics papers, in recognition of contributions to getting sPHENIX up and running. Exceptional authors do not incur a shift obligation. The Authorship Committee has been focused on compiling the regular author list so far, but we will soon turn our attention to the exceptional authors and would like to have a complete set of reports for that. It is your responsibility to recommend your people for exceptional authorship, and once the first 3 physics papers are out, there will not be another opportunity. Thanks for your attention.
