Dear sPHENIX IB Members,

The Authorship Committee has closed the old form used to collect authorship reports. From now on, please use the form at the link below to submit new people for regular authorship. (Please do not resubmit the name of anybody who is already an sPHENIX author.) If you have any last-minute submissions before the first papers go out, now is the time!
