Dear sPHENIX Collaborators,

Please remember to keep the Authorship Committee updated on changes in your group. Time is running out for changes to the author list that will affect shift obligations for run 2025. Please submit any additions or subtractions ASAP.

If a member of your group has left sPHENIX or changed institutions, please fill out this form.

If you would like to add a new author for your institution, please give a short report on their service activities using this form. Qualifying service work includes detector construction/commissioning, calibration, data production, quality assurance, software development of general utility, mentoring junior people in the performance of the preceding tasks, and service in non-technical roles required for the functioning of the collaboration. Note that shift work and physics data analysis do not count; shift work is a separate obligation from the service requirement.

If you have already submitted a report but have not heard back from us yet: we will inform you of the outcome soon.
