Acknowledgements will be listed using a form like "We acknowledge support from X, Y, Z, ..." or "This work was supported in part by the Office of Nuclear Physics within the U.S. DOE Office of Science, the U.S. National Science Foundation, Czech Science Foundation and Ministry of Education, Department of Atomic Energy and Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India, ..."

Use the form for acknowledgements directly pertinent to your institution. List only public and private funding agencies at a national level (i.e. not individual University Departments for start-up funding, etc.).

General acknowledgements like "We thank the staff of the Collider-Accelerator and Physics Departments at Brookhaven National Laboratory." will be handled centrally by the collaboration.
