Below is the call for the new project assistant professor position at the University of Tokyo. 

We are looking for a good candidate, who will lead the development of streaming DAQ and computing for ePIC.

The Quark Nuclear Science Institute of the Graduate School of Science,
The University of Tokyo, is inviting applications for one position of
specially appointed assistant professor as outlined below.

The Quark Nuclear Science Institute (QNSI), Graduate School of
Science, the University of Tokyo, was established in July 2024. QNSI
promotes the international collaborative ePIC experiment using the
Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) at the Brookhaven National Laboratory in
the USA. We are seeking a specially appointed assistant professor who
can lead research on nuclear physics using the EIC, covering low
energy to high energy nuclear physics, and who can play a central role
in the development of the streaming data acquisition system for the
ePIC experiment.
