Dear sPHENIX / New RHIC Detector IB and Collaboration,

It is my pleasure to announce that the IB has endorsed the Bylaws Committee (BC) by a unanimous vote of 39-0 with one abstention. I welcome the BC and thank Bill Zajc for chairing the committee. I encourage members of the Collaboration to address any input that you may have to committee members.
