sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

This is a reminder to register and reserve hotels for the sPHENIX / New 
RHIC Detector Inaugural Collaboration Meeting that will be held at 
Rutgers on Dec. 10 - 12.

There are limited numbers of rooms at the contracted rates, so it is 
important to reserve now. Also, we will need to have a participant count 
soon, so as to contract the catering. The meeting is co-hosted by 
Rutgers and Lehigh Universities.
