We have prepared a draft agenda for our meeting this Friday:

In addition to the usual collaboration and project news, we are hoping to
hear about tracking simulations and reconstruction, where a lot of progress
was made in the last two weeks, and to have the final discussion of our
response to the ALD (which is due on Friday).

Please let us know if there are any additional topics that should be
discussed.
