Hello,

this is a general request if someone out there in sPHENIX land would be interested in helping out with field monitoring and mapping of our sPHENIX solenoid.

For the solenoid high field test, which we hope to start early next year, we would love to install a few precision hall probes to monitor the field and give us confidence on our field simulations. I was expecting around 10 probes on a fixed support structure. These probes could also be used later as monitoring probes in the experiment itself.

To have hall probes operational for the high field test we need help, I’m sure there are collaborators out there who have worked on similar problems and your comments and help would be appreciated.
