Dear Collaborators,

A technical paper about the calorimeter test beam results from 2016 is being prepared.  This is a very good development, and at the same time it raises the question of assembling an appropriate author list.  To do that, we're asking that anyone who contributed to the building of the calorimeters, worked on the test beam itself or on the analyses, or otherwise contributed in some significant way to the substance of the paper, to please fill out the form linked below.  Enter your name and institute as it should appear in the publication and provide a sentence or two detailing your contribution.
