This is a brief reminder about approaching dead-lines for the 26th
International Conference on Ultra-Relativistic Nucleus-Nucleus Collisions,
Quark Matter 2017.

The abstract submission is ongoing, and will continue through October 1st,
2016. Please refer to the "abstracts" page of our web site
http://qm2017.phy.uic.edu. Notifications about selected talks will be made
by November 1st, 2016.

Students and researchers within five years of their PhD are strongly
encouraged to apply for the Young Scientist support. The deadline for
support applications is October 1st, 2016; award notifications will be
sent out by November 1st, 2016. Please refer to the conference web site
for application process details.

The registration for the conference is ongoing; please register at your
earliest convenience. Please note that your registration is not complete
until a payment has been submitted. We strongly encourage you to complete
the registration process before the early registration deadline of
December 1st, 2016 to take advantage of the registration fee discount.
