Dear All-
Just to follow up on last Saturday's discussion, information for signing up for the T-1044 participation can be found on the sPHENIX Test Beam Wiki page. While the test beam is focused on the calorimeters, all are welcome to help out.

On the doodle poll,
http://doodle.com/poll/2inumufgkdw8davz,
please indicate only days that you will be able to spend a significant ( > 5 hours) at MTEST helping out with the running of T-1044. We expect to be running 12 hour shifts from 0700-1900 from Jan 20, 2017 through Feb 22, 2017. Please plan to spend at least 4-5 days at MTEST. Right now we can use to additional people the last 2.5 weeks of the run.
The minimum training required is FNAL GERT and FTBF Hazard Awareness Training, both online courses. GERT is a one time only course and FTBF Hazard Awareness is good for 24 months. In order to make controlled access to the MTest enclosures, you need FNAL RadWorker training (good for 24 months). This course is a class room course with limited seating typically offered only on Tuesdays. It is up to you signup for the course if you want to. RadWorker training is NOT required to be at the MTEST control room or enter the MTEST enclosure during open access, so if you can't be there on Tuesday, you can still contribute to the run effort.
