sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear collaborators,

At the last general meeting, people asked for some input from the ALD
regarding their own interest in highlighting the sPHENIX CD-0 story at
their home institutions.  We asked ALD Berndt Mueller about this and he
said about such stories, that "the focus should be on the science and
group contributions, but should stay away from funding and budgets."
Obviously, BNL doesn't have any direct say in what happens outside BNL,
but that is his guidance.

With that as background, it'd be great to see stories appearing at
sPHENIX institutions conveying the good news that the project was
granted CD-0.  We'd be very happy to get links to those stories as they
appear!
