Friends,

With QM around the corner, the focus for this week's (probably slightly
extended) general meeting will be on final preparations for the conference.
This includes, in addition to brief collaboration and project updates :
- a brief check on the status of each poster (i.e., is it done&reviewed, work
in progress or not started yet)
- presentations from the test beam paper team and the topical groups on any
performance plots to be shown at QM (in talk and posters)
- a dry-run of Megan's talk

We should also hear about MAPS pre-proposal and new performance plots, even
if not included in the QM posters.
