Friends,

To streamline the QM review/approval process and preserve the presentations for posterity, we have created a “QM 2017” indico page:

https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=2794

We would ask Megan and the 18 poster presenters to upload their presentation files to this page (preferably in powerpoint etc format, to allow easy re-use of pieces in future presentations). Please let Gunther know if you have difficulty uploading your files - some of the presenters don’t appear to have BNL Indico accounts, while others have an overabundance of accounts with different emails.

With QM travel fast approaching, please upload your files as soon as possible.

PS: Until we see a boost to our web/PR/outreach workforce, we will create similar pages for each conference and ask presenters to upload their files there. As time allows, we will also create pages and upload talks for past conferences.
