Friends,

As discussed at last week’s EC meeting, possible dates for the next sPHENIX collaboration meeting appear to be highly constrained already. We are proposing to have the meeting in the middle of June, sandwiched between a workshop at INT Seattle, discussing the physics sPHENIX is pursuing, and the RHIC PAC meeting, where we will have very important presentations on our plans. We are planning for a 2-day general meeting at BNL, possibly preceded (or followed?) by topical breakout sessions. To gauge participation and fix the final date, we have prepared a doodle poll here:

Please enter the poll by Thursday, so that we can hopefully announce a final decision at this week's general meeting. If you recognize any general problems with the proposed dates, please let us know asap.
