sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

I described the plan to produce a draft of the Conceptual Design Report 
for sPHENIX by May 1, 2017 at today's Level 2 manager's meeting.  I 
constructed a document that started from the pCDR as a starting point. 
Although the Level 2 manager's are responsible for their chapters, I 
encouraged them to distribute the work and the writing to as much of the 
collaboration as possible, so please contact them to write a section, do 
a calculation, make a plot, fix typos, correct errors, or debug the TeX.

With some help from Jin, Martin, and Darren, I put together a Wiki page 
to help you get started:
