Dear Colleagues,

we are planning an RBRC workshop on Synergies of pp and pA collisions with an Electron-Ion Collider from June 26 - 28 2017 at BNL.
While a tremendous amount of effort is being expended toward the research and development of a future Electron-Ion Collider (EIC),
any data from such a machine will need to be interpreted in the context of present and upcoming measurements at RHIC and the LHC.
In this workshop we would like to obtain an overview of how the planned pp and pA data taking especially utilizing the forward detector
upgrades at RHIC and the LHC can be leveraged to stimulate further theoretical developments necessary to interpret data from a future EIC.

The web page with with detailed information for the workshop can be found here https://www.bnl.gov/pppa17/

The direct link to the registration for the workshop is https://www.bnl.gov/pppa17/reg/step1.php#form
If you are planning to attend please register at your earliest convenience.

Best regards the organizers
Elke-Caroline Aschenauer, Markus Diehl, Thomas Peitzmann, Joern Putschke, Ralf Seidl, Matt Sievert, and Anna Staśto
