Hello,
Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the CDR so far and all those who will in the near future.
The path I envision to complete the CDR is:
- I will tag the version in Overleaf tonight
- After that, I plan to read it through looking for the most obvious mistakes and omissions; I expect that will take a few days.
- I am thinking of a "virtual workfest" for a few days in May where I assemble a small group to read each other's chapters and we keep a BlueJeans conference open so we can easily communicate. I'm thinking of something like May 17/18 or 18/19 or 22/23.
If anyone has suggestions or wants to volunteer themselves or someone else for some of this work, please get in touch with me.

I described the plan to produce a draft of the Conceptual Design Report for sPHENIX by May 1, 2017 at today's Level 2 manager's meeting. I constructed a document that started from the pCDR as a starting point. Although the Level 2 manager's are responsible for their chapters, I encouraged them to distribute the work and the writing to as much of the collaboration as possible, so please contact them to write a section, do a calculation, make a plot, fix typos, correct errors, or debug the TeX.
With some help from Jin, Martin, and Darren, I put together a Wiki page to help you get started:
