sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear collaborators,

We need to provide an sPHENIX author list to accompany the QM'17
proceedings.  I've produced a draft author list based on the names and
affiliations in the sPHENIX phonebook
(https://www.sphenix.bnl.gov/pnb/client/) and it's attached below.  This
is a first attempt, so there's a real possibility of errors – of
misspellings, of omissions, of incorrect affiliations, and so on.
Please take a look and send corrections to me or Gunther.  I plan to
send the list to the QM'17 organizers by the end of the day this coming
Friday, June 30.
