Dear Collaborators,

If you happen to be at BNL, you might be interested in dropping by the
“eRHIC Coffee Break” on Thursday, July 13th at 3:30 p.m. in the Lobby of
building 911.  In addition to delicious coffee and cookies, you can hear
about news related to the ongoing eRHIC effort.  It's very informal, and
it's a good chance to ask questions and meet people similarly interested
in the prospects of a future electron-ion collider.

Please join Dr. Berndt Mueller, the Associate Laboratory Director for
Nuclear & Particle Physics for an “eRHIC Coffee Break” on Thursday, July
13th at 3:30 p.m. in the Lobby in building 911. The “Coffee Break”
offers us an opportunity to update each other on progress, ask and
answer questions, and get to know each other better. Everyone from the
eRHIC community is welcome to join in the conversation or just come and
listen, in order to stay updated.

Typically, these gatherings are held every two weeks, alternating the
location between the Physics lounge and the Lobby in building 911.
Please continue to forward my meeting notice to other members I may have
omitted. When you do so, kindly copy me so that I may gain a more
complete list of attendees for future gatherings.
