Dear Phenixians,
I am happy to report publications of this paper in PLB771(2017)553–557,
arXiv:1702.00840v3
https://doi.org/10.1016/j.physletb.2017.05.090
This is a method to find qhatL from azimuthal broadening tested with the STAR
pi0-h correlation data published PLB760(2016)689-696.
In AN1294.01 I also did these fits and used the method with the ppg106-PRL104
correlation functions but I did not make the correction for v2,v3,v4 with
acoustic scaling. The published jet functions only correct for v3 as noted by
ALICE in PLB763(2016)238.

My next step is to reanalize the ppg106 correlation functions with v2,v3,v4
acoustic scaling which will be AN1294.02 , then submit this to
the collaboration as a PHENIX publication draft. Assuming success for this,
the next step is to do the same analyses with p+p Au+Au data from runs 14 and
15 which would be the final word on the subject until sPHENIX. According to
Al Mueller and collaborators PLB763(2016)208-212, azimuthal broadening to
measure qhatL can not be done at the LHC only at RHIC because kT at LHC is
too large and masks the qhatL azimuthal broadening.
