Friends,

We received a copy of the final PAC recommendations from the ALD today. sPHENIX in general and the plans for a forward upgrade are discussed in some detail in the report. The evaluation is very positive, reflecting the dedication and hard work of project and collaboration. Still, as the PAC also realizes, there is a long road ahead and we need a continued and strengthened effort to make our experiment a reality.
