Things move very quickly in sPHENIX!  There is now a mailing list for
comments and discussion related to sPH-cQCD-2017-002.

The original announcement should also have included that the primary
authors are Christine Aidala, Nils Feege, Ralf Seidl, John Lajoie, Sasha
Bazilevsky, Yuji Goto, and Joe Osborn.
