It would be great if we could make a decision about the next collaboration meeting date by the end of the week (next GM). If you haven't done so yet, please fill out the doodle poll in the next day or two, such that we can maximize overall happiness (with the meeting date).

As we mentioned before, the LANL group has kindly offered to host the next sPHENIX collaboration meeting in Santa Fe at the end of this year. To find a date that maximizes attendance we have created a doodle poll:
