We discussed having a meeting of representatives of sPHENIX groups funded by the DOE medium energy office to exchange any information we have about the funding situation, expectations for the future and strategies for improving the current situation. We have made a doodle poll:

to see if we can find a meeting time next week, hoping to find at least one representative of each of the affected groups (as usual in sPHENIX, the meeting itself will be open). We would like to announce the meeting time at tomorrow's general meeting, if possible.
